We are excited to present the next coaching conference

Theme: Coaching to build resilience in organisations

This year's conference will be exploring whether coaching is a highly valuable intervention for creating resilience in organisations and the inviduals within those organisations.

This conference is for those of you who are intrigued to discover more about what coaching can offer your organisation and its leaders or, maybe, you are looking for new ideas about how to implement coaching in a way that will build resilience and help the organisation and people move forward and grow.

The conference will be a mix of case studies of organisations and how they are using coaching and workshops. This way you will be able to learn from the speakers and all the other delegates at the conference.

Coaching is being used in many different ways and the conference will offer an opportunity to explore these ways and think about how they would be helpful for you and your organisation.

The theme this year is using coaching to build resilience in organisations. So you may want to discover what resilience is and why it is important and how coaching can help.
